Heteroqueer Allstars, is the seventh season of Heteroqueer.

The season aired during late spring and the summer of 2012.

It subtly pays homage to Heteroqueers fifth anniversary, and consists of a mix of past Heteroqueer contestants, and a few other contestants from other CBD shows.

It follows a format identical to that of Extreme Challenge. Four teams with 10 members each competed in challenges, with the game turning into an individual format later on.

It was hosted by J.D. Roth, with Graham Elwood acting as a counselor and guide during eliminator deliberations, and Sylvester Stallone early onto the season (before leaving for personal matters) acting as the host of the eliminator challenges, with J.D. Roth taking his place after his departure.

It was won by Heteroqueer Season 4 Contestant John "Junior" Loretto.
